Ὁ Μάρτυς σου Κύριε, ἐν τῇ ἀθλήσει αὐτοῦ, τὸ στέφος ἐκομίσατο τῆς ἀφθαρσίας, ἐκ σοῦ τοῦ Θεοῦ ἡμῶν· ἔχων γὰρ τὴν ἰσχύν σου, τοὺς τυράννους καθεῖλεν· ἔθραυσε καὶ δαιμόνων, τὰ ἀνίσχυρα θράση. Τῇ ἀνατραφείσῃ ἐν τῷ Ναῷ, εἰς τὰ Ἅγια τῶν Ἁγίων, τῇ περιβεβλημένῃ τὴν πίστιν καὶ τὴν σοφίαν, καὶ τὴν ἄμεμπτον παρθενίαν, ὁ Ἀρχιστράτηγος Γαβριήλ, προσέφερεν οὐρανόθεν, τὸν ἀσπασμὸν καὶ τὸ χαῖρε. Χαῖρε εὐλογημένη, χαῖρε δεδοξασμένη, ὁ Κύριος μετὰ σοῦ.	To you who were raised in the Temple, in the Holy of Holies, and who were clothed in faith and wisdom and measureless virginity, the Supreme Commander Gabriel from heaven brought the salutation, “Rejoice”; “Rejoice, O blessed Maiden! Rejoice, O glorified one! The Lord is with you.” [SD]

My transgressions are like waves that crash against me, and my many offences agitate me, as if I were alone in a boat on the high seas. Ἀσωμάτων πανάγιοι χοροί, δυσωπεῖτε Θεὸν τὸν ἀγαθόν, καὶ Δεσπότην, φείσασθαι ἡμῶν ἐν ὥρᾳ τῆς κρίσεως, ῥύσασθαι ἡμᾶς πικρᾶς κολάσεως, δαιμόνων κακώσεως, καὶ παθῶν ἀμαυρώσεως, καὶ πάσης ἀπειλῆς, προστρέχοντας πόθῳ τῇ σκέπῃ ὑμῶν.	O all-holy incorporeal hosts, * we implore you to pray for us to our good God and Master, * that He spare us in that hour on Judgment Day, * and release us from the bitter punishment. * We earnestly run to you * for protection from the every threat * of demons and from all * the sinful passions that darken our souls. Σὲ τὸν περιβάλλοντα, τὸν οὐρανὸν ἐν νεφέλαις, ἔχοντες οἱ Ἅγιοι, περιβολὴν ἐν τῷ κόσμῳ, τὰς βασάνους τῶν ἀνόμων ὑπέμειναν, καὶ τὴν πλάνην τῶν εἰδώλων κατήργησαν· αὐτῶν ταῖς ἱκεσίαις, καὶ ἡμᾶς ἐλευθέρωσον, τοῦ ἀοράτου ἐχθροῦ Σωτήρ, καὶ σῶσον ἡμᾶς.	The holy Martyrs had You, who covers heaven with clouds, as a cover in the world, and thus they endured when the villains tortured them, and they negated idolatry. By their intercessions for us, O Savior, free us from the unseen enemy and save us. [GOASD]

Τὸν εὐσεβῆ καὶ στεφηφόρον Μάρτυρα, τὸν κατʼ ἐχθρῶν νίκης ἀράμενον τρόπαια, συνελθόντες ἐπαξίως νῦν ἐν ὑμνῳδίαις εὐφημήσωμεν, Ἀρτέμιον τὸν μέγιστον ἐν Μάρτυσι, θαυμάτων τε δοτῆρα πλουσιώτατον· πρεσβεύει γὰρ Κυρίῳ ὑπὲρ πάντων ἡμῶν.	Let us gather to sing worthy hymns in honor of Artemius, ⁄ the pious and victorious martyr who defeated his enemies: ⁄ He is great among martyrs and generous in performing miracles, ⁄⁄ and he intercedes with the Lord on behalf of us all! Who can describe the labors that you manfully endured, through faith in the Lord, and the grace that you were given? No human mouth can aptly tell of all this. You were clothed with wisdom and courage, you despised wealth and temporal rank, and you proved to be a most loyal soldier. And now you intercede with the Lord on behalf of us all. [SD]

Οἱ ἅγιοι Μάρτυρες Ἐβόρης, Ἐνόης, Ζεβινᾶς, Γερμανός, Νικηφόρος, Ἀντωνῖνος, καὶ ἡ ἁγία Μάρτυς Μαναθὼ ἡ παρθένος, ξίφει καὶ πυρὶ τελειοῦνται.	The holy Martyrs Ebores, Enoes, Zebinas, Germanus, Nikephoros, Anthony, and the holy woman Martyr Manatho the virgin, died by the sword and fire.
Μνήμη τοῦ ὁσίου καὶ θεοφόρου Πατρὸς ἡμῶν Γερασίμου τοῦ νέου ἀσκητοῦ, τοῦ ἐκ Τρικάλων τῆς Πελοποννήσου, οὗ τὸ σεπτὸν καὶ ἅγιον λείψανον σῴζεται ἄφθορον ἐν Κεφαλληνίᾳ.	We also commemorate our devout and God-bearing father Gerasimos the new ascetic, who was from Trikala in the Peloponnese, and whose venerable and holy relic is preserved incorrupt on the island of Kefallinia.
