Θαῦμα θαυμάτων Κεχαριτωμένη, ἐν σοὶ θεωροῦσα ἡ κτίσις ἀγάλλεται· συνέλαβες γὰρ ἀσπόρως, καὶ ἔτεκες ἀφράστως, ὃν ταξιαρχίαι Ἀγγέλων, ὁρᾷν οὐ δεδύνηνται, αὐτὸν ἱκέτευε ὑπὲρ τῶν ψυχῶν ἡμῶν.	Creation rejoices in you, O Lady full of grace, beholding the miracle of miracles. For you conceived without seed, and ineffably gave birth to the One whom the orders of the angels cannot see. Entreat Him earnestly on behalf of our souls. [SD]

O my soul, in this life prepare yourself for the life to come, lest you be troubled. Τιμιωτέρα τῶν ἐνδόξων Χερουβεὶμ ὑπάρχεις, Παναγία Παρθένε· ἐκεῖνα γὰρ τὴν θείαν μὴ φέροντα ἔλλαμψιν, πτέρυξι κεκαλυμμένῳ προσώπῳ, τὴν λειτουργίαν ἐπιτελοῦσιν· αὐτὴ δὲ σεσαρκωμένον τὸν Λόγον, αὐτόπτως ὁρῶσα φέρεις· ὃν ἀπαύστως ἱκέτευε, ὑπὲρ τῶν ψυχῶν ἡμῶν.	O all-holy Virgin, you are higher in honor than the glorious Cherubim. For they are unable to endure the radiance of God, and so they cover their faces with their wings, as they perform their ministry. But you yourself are holding and beholding God the Logos incarnate. O Lord, You accepted Peter’s tears, and You justified the Publican when he sighed from deep within. I likewise come to You in repentance, and I pray: Take pity on me, O Savior, and save me. [SD]

Τῇ αὐτῇ ἡμέρᾳ μνήμη τῶν ἁγίων ἑκατὸν πεντήκοντα Μαρτύρων τῶν ἐν Παλαιστίνη· καὶ τῶν ἁγίων Μαρτύρων Τρύφωνος, Τροφίμου, καὶ Δορυμέδοντος· καὶ τῆς ἁγίας Μάρτυρος Πετρωνίας.	On this day we also commemorate the 150 holy Martyrs in Palestine; and also the holy Martyrs Tryphon, Trophimus, and Dorymedon; and the holy Martyr Petronia.
