Then you were filled with incomprehensible light, and you became widely known for the gifts of grace that God gave you. You were especially famous as a most ardent protector of newborns and infants, and as a ready healer of ailments. For Christ famously glorifies you, O Stylianos, for you glorified Him from infancy. The sturdy pillar of asceticism has fallen,

for Stylianos’ life has ended.
