Today, your august bones have come up from the grave, like lilies of the field, as it says in holy Writ, O miracle-worker, Father Nektarios. They exude the fragrance of the graces in you, and they delight the spiritual senses of the faithful, and they drive away the stench of the passions. For the Spirit’s grace, which never leaves them, is what works the wonders. Your holy Relics have become a divine clinic, a mercy seat for souls, and a refuge for those in trouble. Therefore, as we annually honor their disinterment, we call out to you with faith: Devout Hierarch, most ardent servant of Christ, never cease to intercede for the salvation of us who praise you. Light is with the righteous continually, and they will find grace and glory from the Lord. The tongue of the wise understands good things. There is wisdom in the good heart of a man. The Lord loves holy hearts, and all the blameless are acceptable to Him. Wisdom is radiant and unfading; she comes upon those who long to know her beforehand, and is easily perceived by those who love her.
